Who Can Benefit?
KOSGEB Registration & Declaration
The business must be registered in the KOSGEB Database, have active status, and maintain an up-to-date Business Declaration.
Business Size
The business must qualify as a Small or Medium-Sized Enterprise (SME).
Company Type
The business must be established as a Limited Liability Company (Ltd.) or a Joint Stock Company (JSC).
Growth Qualification
The business must qualify as a high-growth enterprise. (Exceptions to this requirement are listed below.)
YODA Assessment
Manufacturing companies are required to complete the Lean Maturity Assessment (YODA).
Exceptions to the High-Growth Requirement
A high-growth enterprise is defined as a company with at least 10 employees that has achieved an average annual growth rate of 10% or more in either employment or net sales over the past three years.
Businesses that do not meet the high-growth requirement must satisfy at least one of the following conditions:
- Hold a Tech Startup Badge.
- Collaborate in designated supplier development sectors.
